Landlords and supers call us for lobby doors, mailroom and basement locks, roof doors, and intercoms. We can work through a list one door at a time, or plan the whole building at once and give you one written quote.
Can you work around our schedule?
Tell us when the door can be open and when it has to be locked again, and we plan around that. Our phone line is open 24/7 if a door fails after closing.
What happens on the job?
Your call and your photo tell us which parts to bring. When we get to the door, we point out what is worn or broken and tell you what we plan to do. Then we do the work and try every lock and key with you before we pack up.
Questions we get
Can staff have keys that only open some doors?
Yes. That is what a master key system is for. We set it up so each key opens only what it should.
A key was not returned. What should we do?
Rekey the doors that key opened. The lost key no longer works and you keep the locks.
Do you handle more than one location?
Yes, if they are in our area. Send us the list of doors and we quote it in writing.
